Using Aigentas

Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to your access to the Aigentas website and services provided by Digi Swift Pulse Private Limited (“Digi Swift Pulse”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Aigentas for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Services and demonstrations

Aigentas provides tools intended to help businesses respond to enquiries, qualify requests, coordinate next steps and route conversations. Features, integrations and availability may vary by plan, configuration, region and third-party platform. Demonstrations, sample conversations, calculator outputs, interface illustrations and example metrics are illustrative only and are not guarantees of service levels, savings, revenue, conversion or business results.

Demo requests and preferred booking times are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm them. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or service, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, configuration, business information, instructions, messages and content, and for ensuring they are accurate and lawful. You must provide any required notices and obtain all permissions, consents and lawful bases needed to collect, use or share information through Aigentas. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the demo form or public chat.

You must use Aigentas lawfully and must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, transmit malicious code, misuse another person’s data, or use the service for deceptive, harmful or prohibited communications. You remain responsible for human review where a response requires professional judgement, and for the outcomes of messages sent on your behalf.

Third-party platforms and AI-assisted responses

Integrations with Meta, messaging channels, calendars, hosting providers and other third parties are subject to their separate terms, policies and availability. You are responsible for your platform accounts, permissions, approved templates, opt-in requirements and compliance with applicable platform rules. We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued access, approval or operation.

Automated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. You should review and configure responses, escalation rules and business information before use. Aigentas is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Intellectual property and feedback

We and our licensors retain rights in Aigentas, the website, software, branding and materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access the website and use services made available to you, subject to these Terms and any separate written service agreement. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. If you send suggestions, we may use them to improve our services without obligation, subject to applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If these Terms conflict with a separately signed service agreement, that agreement governs to the extent of the conflict.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud or wilful misconduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi Swift Pulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the website or service. Any liability cap or governing-law provision for a paid service should be set out in the applicable signed order or service agreement; these website Terms do not override mandatory legal protections.

Suspension, changes and contact

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address a material breach. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
