This Privacy Policy explains how Aigentas, a brand of Digi Swift Pulse Private Limited (“Digi Swift Pulse”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit our website, request a demonstration, communicate with us, or use Aigentas services. It also describes additional handling when a business connects Meta products or other messaging channels.

Information we collect

We may receive the contact and business information you provide, such as your name, work email, telephone number, company, country, preferred demonstration time, selected channels and optional notes. We receive messages you send through the Aigentas chat widget and related technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as a chat session identifier, browser/device data and request logs.

If a business connects a supported platform, we may process information the business authorizes us to access, such as account or Page identifiers, messages, profile or business details, content and management permissions. The specific information depends on the integration, permissions granted and the business’s configuration. We seek to use only information needed to provide the requested functions.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide and support Aigentas, operate connected workflows, maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Chat messages are sent to our configured automation endpoint to generate a response. The chat widget stores a random session identifier in your browser’s local storage so messages can be associated with the same chat session; you can remove it by clearing site storage in your browser.

Meta and other connected services

Where a business connects Meta products, we process Meta-related data only as permitted by the business’s authorization, the applicable Meta terms and policies, and applicable law. We do not use connected data for unrelated purposes or sell it. Business administrators should provide any notices and obtain any permissions or consents required from people whose information is processed. Meta and other third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it with service providers that support hosting, communications, automation, customer support, security and infrastructure, subject to appropriate instructions and safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganisation, subject to applicable law.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to provide services, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements and enforce agreements. We then delete or de-identify it where practicable, subject to lawful retention obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and data requests

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information by emailing privacypolicy@digiswiftpulse.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant record; we may request verification before acting. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained where the law requires or permits it.

If your information was accessed through a connected Meta account, you can also revoke the relevant permissions through that account’s settings. Revoking access does not automatically submit a deletion request to us, so contact us separately if you want us to delete information we hold, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Children and third-party links

Aigentas is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our website may link to third-party services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the current version here and update its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through our website or service where appropriate.
